Individuals with certain health conditions may not be suitable candidates for tattoo brows. This includes:
Pregnancy or breastfeeding: Hormonal changes may affect the healing process.
Skin conditions: Active skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea in the eyebrow area may prevent a safe application.
Autoimmune disorders: Conditions like lupus or other immune system disorders may affect healing and pigment retention.
Diabetes: Must be well-controlled; clients with unmanaged diabetes may be at higher risk of complications.
Blood-clotting disorders or use of blood-thinning medications (e.g., aspirin, warfarin) that can increase the risk of bleeding.
No History of Keloid Scarring:
Clients with a history of keloid scars should not undergo tattoo brow procedures, as it could lead to complications in the healing process.
Eye Health:
Clients with certain eye conditions, such as active eye infections, conjunctivitis, or recent eye surgeries, should postpone the treatment until fully healed and cleared by a healthcare professional.
Allergic Reactions:
Anyone with a known allergy to pigments, numbing agents, or any component used in the tattooing process should not receive tattoo brows. A patch test can be performed to assess potential reactions prior to the procedure.
